I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the non-payment of rental amount for my private vehicle, which I have rented out to your company for the past three years. Despite our agreement, your company has consistently delayed payments and has failed to provide me with the timely rental amount.

As per our agreement, I have been renting out my vehicle to your company for a fixed monthly amount. However, for the past three to four months, I have not received any payment from your company. This is not the first time that I have faced this issue, as your company has a history of delaying payments and has always made excuses for not paying me on time.

I have been patient and have given your company sufficient time to rectify this issue, but it seems that your company is not taking my concerns seriously. As a result, I am facing financial difficulties and am being forced to take drastic measures to recover my dues.

I request you to take immediate action to settle my outstanding dues and ensure that all future payments are made on time. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a clear payment plan and a timeline for when I can expect to receive my payments.
