What an amazing trip! Thank you Shaunti for having everything set up for our hotel reservations , drivers, tour guides and all our excursions. The whole trip went very smoothly. Your knowledge and expertise of places to stay and things to do was very helpful. We will definitely book with The Travelers Outlet again. Shaunti at The Travelers Outlet handled every aspect of my trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres in Cancun Mexico and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I've always booked my own travel but decided I needed the expertise of a travel agent for my first solo trip out of the US. Everything went smoothly and the Atelier Playa Mujeres resort was absolutely spectacular in every way - food, service, cocktails, accommodations - it was simply perfect! I'll use Shaunti's services again for my next trip, knowing every detail will be taken care of.

Shaunti did an amazing job organizing our trip to Italy. She gave us a very detailed folder with our itinerary and put it on her Trip Plans ap so it was right at our fingertips.
Our Colosseum tour in Rome was A++. Highly recommend it.
Our hotels were all perfectly located and exactly what we were looking for.

My wife and I highly recommended using Shaunti with The Travelers Outlet. We had no idea what a trip to Italy would entail or how to even begin planning it. So, we left our honeymoon in the hands of Shaunti. WE ARE SO HAPPY WE DID THIS. She took all of the specifics we wanted, planned them perfectly along with other great things we had no idea about. She was very informative, easy to communicate with and stayed within our budget. Our trip had ZERO hiccups and I am certain it's all to the flawless planning from Shaunti. Our family just returned from a family vacation to Italy & Greece! Shaunti created a trip of a lifetime for us! She was so knowledgeable and on top of every detail from start to finish.
