We had a wonderful experience with Awesome Adventure Pakistan. Altaf and his brother Sunny planned a perfectly organized trip for me and my family, and we were extremely satisfied from start to finish.
Our trip to the north of Pakistan was truly impressive and gave us the chance to experience much more than just the surface of this beautiful country. Sunny was an excellent guide and was always flexible, responding warmly and professionally to our spontaneous wishes along the way.

I have made a tour with the company through North- Pakistan. The organization was absolutly professional. The program was very interesting and adveturous. Our guide (Sunny) took care of us all the time. He was really nice and helpful. He knows all the ways, the people and the habits in the country. I felt me with him at every moment safe. If you want to visit the beautiful Natur of North-Pakistan, I can recommend this company from the bottom of my heart.

After more than 400 trips abroad and 65 countries visited, I have 3 favorite countries, which are significantly more hospitable, kind and friendly than all the others. These are Iran, Iraq, and after my current trip, Pakistan also joined to this club. I will never forget those moments when e.g. in a small village in the mountains a very poor but pure-hearted old lady was asking us to go back to her garden, because she would like to give me some flowers from her garden. Or when the optician repaired my broken glass, but he was not willing to accept any money from me because I am a guest in his country. Or the smile of all those people who simply said on the streets, welcome to Pakistan. Despite all the media news, Pakistan is safe, there was not a single moment during my 12-days trip when I didn’t feel myself completely safe.
My trip to the beautiful Gilgit Baltistan (plus Islamabad and Lahore) was organized by Awesome Adventure Pakistan in a very professional and reliable way. Starting from visa application, through smoothly managing all the changes by the airline in case of domestic flights, they did everything possible for my comfort during the trip (e.g. after a long flight at night, I could go directly to my hotel room as I was already checked in the hotel in advance, I didn’t have to spend a single moment with check in). I also appreciated that in each hotel I got the room with the best possible view (e.g. having a view from my bed to the 9th highest mountain in the world, etc).
I am very grateful for my guide and amazing photographer Altaf Ahmed, who made this trip really unforgettable. His care, kindness and hospitality was amazing. And I never forgot that after he learned that mango is my favorite fruit, he made sure that I can eat it multiple times each and every day, even at the altitude of 3550 meter. A special thanks to Sunny, who was always very kind and helpful during those days when we were at the same place.
Thank you for everything! I hope I will be back in Pakistan!

Altaf is that guide that made me happily abandon my idea of travelling and discovering the world by myself in joining a small group of friends-to-be who explored the Paradise. We 'tasted' a 4 days tour in Gilgit Baltistan (Northen Pakistan) only to conclude that I will come back very soon. Professional and adaptable, giving you the type of information each one needs, creating a fabulous atmosphere, with a legendary pacience for each member of the group, with a huge red of local producers, restaurants, friends who opened their houses and shops only for us, with doctors visiting the hotel in the middle of the night if necessary (spice food can have consequences), or going to get medicine for us, Altaf is for me the true helper, warm-hearted guid who can reveal a whole world in a couple of days. Altaf fluidly adapted everything (plan, tour, menu, route) to all our needs, interests, ideas, whims and weather condition rapidly and effectively. He brought food out of the blue, in the middle of the mountains, because some of us wanted to touch a glaciar and we didn't have enough time, he provided non-meat food where everyone eats meat, especially in the winter and he took care of upset stomach adapted food for one of us who needed. No one was left apart. While one of us was having an injection put, Altaf even talked to a tractor driver to 'give us a lift' and we had the time of our lives. And then the photos: our WA group having like 200 photos per day, made by his iPhone (excuse me!) And then the laughs! It is difficult to laugh and to have fun in a group where no one knows the others, eith people coming from different countries and cultural backgrounds. But we laught our heads off! If you only knew... Never felt more happy. Never felt more safe! Never felt more welcomed and appreciated.

It's hard to overstate how good Sunny and Altaf are at their job.
They are accommodating, organized, interesting, adaptable, humble...
A trip to the North of Pakistan with them is absolutely stunning.
You have to cover long distances but they manage to include regular nice stops.
They're also quite good at making pictures so that between theirs and ours, we ended up with 600+ pictures for our trip with some amazing shots among them.
We wholeheartedly recommend Awesome Adventure Pakistan and the North of Pakistan as a destination.

We had an exceptional experience exploring the northern region of Pakistan with Altaf and his team.
