I booked my honeymoon tour to Hunza through this company, trusting them completely as I had no prior experience traveling to the northern areas. Before booking, I clearly and repeatedly asked about road conditions and accessibility of tourist spots. Every single time, their representative confidently assured me that everything was perfectly fine. This was a blatant lie.
I paid PKR 190,000 in full for a private tour before departure. At the last moment, they casually informed me that the Dasu road was damaged and partially blocked—something they had knowingly hidden earlier. The journey turned into a nightmare: extremely unsafe, exhausting, and nothing like what was promised.
Things got worse during the trip. At checkout, the driver clearly told me the company hadn’t paid the hotel at all, and I would have to pay myself. I wasn’t carrying that amount in cash, and despite calling every contact from the company, no one responded.
After over an hour of stress, pressure from the driver, and the risk of road closures due to PTI protests, I was forced to pay the hotel bill from my own pocket. I trusted they would reimburse me. That trust was a mistake.
What followed was even more frustrating. Endless excuses, constant delays, and complete avoidance—“payment in 2–3 days,” “accountant is out of city,” and other nonsense. Eventually, they stopped answering altogether.
As of today, after hundreds of calls, messages, and being continuously ignored, they have only partially cleared the payment. Even that took relentless follow-ups and pressure.
This company is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and irresponsible. They lie to secure bookings, abandon you when issues arise, and then avoid accountability.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are not just unreliable—they are outright deceptive.

We traveled to the Maldives mainly with Zufta, and the whole experience was really great. The tickets and hotel bookings were exactly as promised, with no differences at all. Everything that was committed to was fully delivered. We also checked rates on Booking.com, but the rates we got from Zufta were much cheaper and more affordable, which made our trip even more budget-friendly.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going... this was what happened with me in my experience with Zufta travels
I had a Baku+Umrah trip planned with Zufta travels, my flights were booked back in October and it was Qatar Airways ( best in flight experience )
My flight was on 12 feb, to Baku via Doha, unfortunately i only had my Azerbaijan visa and Umrah visa was delayed due to Ramadan
Team Zufta lead by Fayyaz bhai , Shoaib bhai and Umer bhai were in contact with me whole night and booked me a return flight from Baku free of cost and made sure i got through immigration and while was in Baku i got my umrah visa in month of Ramadan, their commitment and dedication to the matter was top notch
Would definitely recommend Zufta after my experiece, only one down side was that Makkah hotel in peak season was in Alaziziah which makes it tough in Ramadan, other than that all good

Our experience with Zufta Travels was honestly a roller coaster of emotions.
The first meeting before the trip was very professional and reassuring, which gave us confidence to go ahead with the booking. However, the start of the trip was quite messy and disappointing, mainly because there was no Zufta representative present, which caused confusion and stress at the beginning.
That said, once we reached Thailand and saw the hotel arrangements, things started getting better. The hotels were good, the planned activities were enjoyable, the food was decent, and the on-ground services helped make up for the rough start. Slowly, the trip began to feel more organized and enjoyable.
There were days that felt unplanned and required compromises from our side, and there were moments where Zufta also tried to adjust and make things work. It wasn’t perfect, but it felt like both sides were meeting halfway.
In the end, we returned happy and satisfied overall. Despite the initial disappointment, the experience improved significantly, and the trip created good memories for us. With better coordination at the start, Zufta Travels has the potential to deliver an even smoother and more impressive experience
