Masha Allah. Zabrdast. There is no need to ask for service. Whatever packages and hotels I get, they are the same.
It has been 3 years since I got it. I get hotels and packages from Uni World.
And Hamid Imran Bhai. I get the same response every time and remain connected every moment.

We have done our Umrah with Uniworld Travel & Tour, They have arranged our hotels in Medina and Mecca, Private Transports & Visas. They are professional and best in terms of communication with excellent customer service. They arranged hotels very near as requested because my father and mother can't walk much. We have booked our Hotels (Ansar Golden Tulip & Le Meridian), Transports & Visa arrangements for Umrah in Madinah and Makkah with Uniworld Travel. I must say one of the best travel services in Karachi. They have best customer support and after sale service. There was not a single time when they did not reposnse my query or question. Everything was perfectly arranged and on time. Thank you so much Hamid Imran Bhai. We will definitely book more in future with Uniworld Travel. Highly recommended. Thanks

I used Uniworld Travel & Tours for my Makkah hotel, visa, and private transport services in December 2025. The hotel and visa process went smoothly and I had no issues with that.
However, my experience with their private transport was very poor, and I would rate it 0 out of 10.
I am writing this so others are aware before booking.
I made the mistake of paying for private transport in advance. Before booking, I clearly asked Uniworld if there would be any delays or waiting, and I was assured that this would not happen. I was told that with private transport, the car would be available whenever I needed it.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
They would give me a pickup time that did not suit me, and when I asked for a specific time, they refused. The Saudi transport company would message me directly with their own timings. When I contacted Raza at Uniworld, he would say he was checking, but then he would stop replying.
Once I reached Saudi Arabia, Uniworld also stopped answering phone calls. They only replied on WhatsApp when they wanted to.
The transport provided from Madinah to Makkah and from Makkah to Jeddah was in very poor condition and not what you would expect from a private service.
My advice to everyone:
Never pay in advance for transport through any agent. Only pay after each trip is completed. If an agent does not agree, you can easily find transport in Saudi Arabia β drivers are available everywhere, usually cheaper, and often provide better service.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same problems.
