What an amazing experience. This tour is not for the "faint of heart" but if you keep an open mind and "embrace the moment" it's well worth it and a tour to remember! And may you have the good fortune of having WOODY as your Tripza tour guide. Woody provided our group with a vivid description of what to expect and tips on how to safely enjoy the experience. He is a top tour guide, speaking his craft with warmth, humour and expertise as he provided the historical, cultural and detailed background of our tour. This tour brings you to the Mae Klong train market, which involves rows of densely packed retail shops located ON the edge of the train track. The experience of the train locomotives moving along (thankfully at slow speed) nose to nose with the crowds thronged at the shops is surreal and a once in a lifetime experience. You first get this surreal experience as a train passenger, and then after disembarking, as a member of the crowd of shoppers walking along the track and on space right next to the track, as the train you were just on makes the return journey through the market.

Following on from this train market experience we proceeded back via the bus to the Damnoen Saduak floating market. The ride on a diesel powered long boat was fun, and we had the opportunity to shop at the many shops located along the river. Upon getting off the boats, Woody provided us with ample time to browse more riverside shops and have lunch. Following this, it was back to the bus and our ride back to downtown Bangkok.

I found the pace of this tour to be just right and our group was transported to the markets and back well within the advertised schedule. A shout out to how Tripza administers the tour experience, as they use email, messaging and WhatsApp effectively to keep us tourists well informed of what to expect before and up to the start of the tour.

Amazing day trip with Maria and Nee. Very detailed yet simple and clear instructions regarding meeting points and trip plan. The trip included bus ride to train stop (with a bit of Thai history and fun facts), ticket for the train, boat ride to the floating market and bus ride to Bangkok.
They provide their service with great care, so we got recommendations for: where to use the best toilets, which merchants to be careful with on the market, how to take care of our belongings, which local meals to try and even how to make it at home. We got complimentary water, on the bus they provided us sweet and savoury snacks, fruits, in the morning we got a little coffee and mint candy. And after all that, we even got vipes for hands and tissues for the toilet.
Amazing effort from their side definately great value for money. Would recommend!

I went on a tour to the train market and floating market today. Our excellent driver was Ta, who got us there and back safely, in a very comfortable van.
Our your guide was James. James is an excellent guide, who speaks excellent english, is very welcoming and approachable.
The local knowledge James has was excellent and he provided a fun and educational day for all.
