I wish and prefer them for my next trip whenever plan
This was my first international trip, and it being for Umrah, I was full of excitement and gratitude—Alhamdulillah. However, TripGuide Travel & Tours did everything possible to ruin what should have been a spiritually fulfilling journey.
Despite paying more than anyone else in my group (since I opted for a short-dates package and joined midway), the service I received was beyond unacceptable. Thank God I was only with them for a few days because any longer, and I don’t know how I would’ve handled the chaos they created.
Let’s start with the hotel in Madinah. It was absolutely disgusting not just below standard but downright pathetic. My biggest question is: Why would they knowingly book a hotel with such a bad reputation for their customers? Clearly, they have zero regard for their clients' comfort or well-being.
Now, the ziyarat arrangements were a whole new level of disappointment. Their so called Qari Sahab was nothing but a liar and provided no real guidance or support. On one occasion, I decided to join another group’s bus for ziyarat, and only then did I experience the true spiritual connection I was hoping for something Trip Guide utterly failed to deliver.
To make things worse, the people in my group were immature, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. Despite repeatedly requesting they just talked to them and never changed my group, my concerns were completely ignored. Nothing absolutely nothing worked in my favor.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Trip Guide & Travel Company. They turned what should have been a beautiful, peaceful journey into a nightmare.
