I performed Umrah through Travocom, and honestly, my experience was amazing. Agent Raheem handled everything professionally from start to finish. The visa process, tickets, and hotel arrangements were all on time and seamless.
The best part was that Raheem Bhai was always available, responding promptly to any queries, whether small or large.
The hotels in Mecca and Medina were also very comfortable and close to the Haram, making it very easy to pray.
Overall, my experience with Travocom was 10/10. If anyone is planning for Umrah, I would definitely recommend choosing Raheem and Travocom, it is the best option for tension free and reliable service.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Travocom. As a first-time international traveler and a solo pilgrim performing Umrah, I chose this agency based on their social media presence and the promise of a stay at the Voco Hotel. Unfortunately, the reality was a stark contrast to what was advertised.
Major Issues Encountered:
* Lack of Communication: From the start, there was zero proactiveness. I had to constantly follow up and inquire about my itineraries until the very last day. They did not provide essential details voluntarily.
* Logistical Delays: Upon arrival in Jeddah, the group was made to wait 1.5 hours at the airport before the bus departed.
* Booking Mismanagement: In Makkah, I discovered that my shared room wasn't even confirmed under my name or passport. It was registered under another group member who was on a different 21 day package.
* Substandard Accommodation (Madinah): The room provided for the first two days in Madinah was nothing like the pictures shown. The washroom was incredibly cramped, the toilet was poorly positioned, and there was a persistent smell of sewage on the floor. It was only after I posted reviews on social media and made multiple requests that they moved me to the room originally promised.
* Unsafe Transportation: The Ziarat bus in Madinah was in terrible condition, featuring old tires and broken seats. It felt unprofessional and unsafe.
Final Verdict:
There was a complete lack of guidance and transparency. I found out later that colleagues in my circle received significantly better services, including breakfast at Voco and private transportation, for a similar price point.
Because of the lack of accountability and the stress this added to my pilgrimage, I do not recommend Travocom for your travel needs.

Umrah was very well organized. Accommodation, transport, and guidance were very good. Everything was done smoothly. The Umra coordinators Mubeen & Fathan were very cooperative, helpful & did excellent job. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I am fully satisfied. In the end I would like to say experience with Saudia Airlines was not satisfactory.
