Alhamdulillah...my Umrah experience with Hana Tour was a truly memorable spiritual journey. The service from start to finish was excellent and professional. The service is extraordinary, masya Allah, from registration, data collection, vaccination injection, Umrah payment, picking up Umrah equipment, departing for Umrah until returning to the homeland, it was extraordinary, helped and directed well, politely, fast response, during my worship there I never lacked anything, whether it was accommodation, food, snacks, knowledge, all provided well and as best as possible. Thank God. It was a pleasure. The entire process went smoothly, with the Hana team providing excellent support, from before departure, during our stay in Mecca and Medina, and after returning home.
