Their private packages are overpriced, and the services are not as good as they should be.

No compensation for the tourists as I paid more for a better hotel, and the hotel services were bad too.

And the management just need the money without paying attention to the tourists satisfaction, and they are not responding or compensating once you need that.

This tour company is very unprofessional and not honest. They say one thing but do something else. Our trip was to Swat and Kalam. They told us we would stay in a Holiday Inn hotel, but instead they put us in Bangash Hotel. The hotel was very dirty. The rooms, washrooms, and cleanliness were really bad.
This trip was a waste of money and it spoiled our Swat & Kalam tour. I do not recommend this tour company to anyone. They do not give the services they promise.

My experience with Tour Maker was excellent! The entire trip was very well organized — from transportation to hotel arrangements, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The guide was friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. I really enjoyed the trip and felt safe and comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend Tour Maker to others!
