Our Umrah experience with Sapphire Travel and Tours was quite smooth. Mr. Abdul Aziz guided me throughout ensuring everything ran smoothly. we stayed at Castle Ajyad in Makkah 3-star hotel 24/7 shuttle service But mostly on the way back, we often take a taxi because the parking lot is very crowded and the bus fills up very quickly. and one more thing is that there is a lot of elevator problem.
In Madinah, Manazil Marjan hotel was a bit far from Masjid-e-Nabvi, almost 30 min walking distance and shuttle service was limited with only namaz timing. Bus transportation had some delays on the Madinah-Makkah route, and ziyarat was included in both cities. But unfortunately I couldn't go on a ziyarat with a group, so I don't have any experience about it. And Everything else was fine Alhamdulillha, Aziz Bhai has guided me properly Whenever I got stuck somewhere, they helped me he is a very cooperative person.

Now I have a advice that if a group create and we continue receive proper guidance regarding the shuttle service and the bus that you pick up at the airport and drop you off at the hotel, then this is a good thing for a traveler. If you can do this, then do this.

I recently performed Umrah with Sapphire Travel & Tours. My overall experience with them was really good.
Hotel booking, visa processing, Ziarats, all were managed well by our Agent Mr. Abdul Aziz. He really took time to finalized a good customised package within my budget. I would recommend Sapphire Travel & Tours for people planning to do Umrah in future.
For people who are planning to do Umrah privately like I did and have budget, one suggestion would be to go for separate transport especially if you're travelling Makkah to Madina, or vice versa.
It will save your travel time (2-3hrs.) compared to bus, also keeping your energy levels up, so you can continue your prayers peacefully reaching your next destination.

Our Hotel in Makkah is Al-Kiswah tower 4 star hotel with 24/7 shuttle service which give us a wonderful experience.
In Madinah, We stayed at Manazil Marjan hotel, overall the hotel is good but at very distance from masjid e Nabvi SAW, and shuttle available in a limited time only (recommend to pay more for stayed In Markaziyah side hotels to spend more time in masjid).
Transportation generally bus services which is good but some delay expect when traveling from Madinah to Makkah.
Ziyarah included in the package in both sides (Makkah and Madinah).
Overall the experience is good.

They planned our journey to Swat, Kalam, Malam Jabba, Fizagat (Feza Ghat), Shogran, Islamabad, and Lahore, and every destination was beautifully managed.
