Unprofessional attitude, argues with client even on simple queries. Anyone that says “ if you know better why not apply for your self I am here in this for 20 yrs and blah ho apply with them” these are the words used by them on their WhatsApp channel on a statement of me that something is happening and he argued that it is not and laughs about it at the end says “I know the person” what lame self righteous arrogant dude he is.
Upon telling him about my reviews he goes ahead and argues more use profanity and foul statement even and then deleted! What a unprofessional kid

I always book my tickets and hotels through Safar Mubarak. Jawahir is always available to respond and assist whenever needed. They offer great rates for both flights and accommodations. Jawahir booked an excellent hotel for me in Langkawi. This is my go-to travel agency whenever I plan a trip. Highly recommended!
