I had a very disappointing experience with Rehman Consultants / Rehman Travel Islamabad.
Initially, they guaranteed 100% visa success for my wife’s UK visit visa and confidently took 50% advance payment. However, once the payment was made, their response rate dropped noticeably, which gave the impression that they were more focused on money than service quality.
I am currently in the UK on a PSW visa, and my wife applied for a UK visit visa to attend my graduation ceremony. The visa was refused due to weak and unclear reasons for visit, which was a direct result of the consultant’s poor handling of the application.
My wife is a current student, but her student letter showed 2023–2025. Instead of clearly explaining that she is still enrolled, the consultant failed to address this important point in the application. This negligence became one of the main reasons for refusal.
Despite providing all requested and recommended financial documents, the visa support letter was poorly written and unprofessional. Even more concerning, after submitting the application, they suddenly stated that the visa success rate was only 50%, which completely contradicted their earlier 100% guarantee.
This experience caused us financial loss, stress, and disappointment. I do not recommend Rehman Consultants to anyone seeking honest advice and professional visa services.

Very disappointed by Rehman travels like professional company. I'm giving this review with honesty and trusth .
I booked umrah package along with my mother for seperate room through Rehman travels. Booking process was smooth they give visa and tickets on time.
But on main services end they give third class hotel in makkah mayar mayarsar
Rooms are full of smell and dirty carpets.
On booking they commit WiFi and kettle in room but here there is no such thing. Infact you will receive cocraches in room and smell of dirty carpets for paying them. Their is no room cleaning services .Shuttle service of their providing hotel is useless. Single bus and waiting of hours with old parents
I m using now private taxi services.
My some friends booked umrah services from other travel agents but they are far better.
I was not expecting this from Rehman travels.
So before booking any umrah package from them don't rely on their sayings. First check hotel it by yourself.
Please don't gives people cocraches and smell againts their payings.

We booked a Hajj package through Rehman Travels Later; we found out they were just working with another group and not handling things directly.
They offered us a Maktab A package, and we paid the full amount in advance. Ticket and qurbani were not included.
When the flight time got close and they sent hotel vouchers, we were shocked to see the package was changed. Rehman Travels didn’t even know about it. It was their staff’s fault. They gave us the wrong information from the start.
One day before the flight, they asked if we were still going or if they should cancel our Hajj visa. Everything was already done how can someone cancel after all this?
Their staff is totally unprofessional & even the CEO. Every time I called, they didn’t know what package I booked or what I was talking about.
They later said their team didn’t know about the updated package. But when I contacted the affiliated group directly, they told me the package was finalized at the end of February & it was also informed to Rehman Travels and we booked in March. So, Rehman Travels had no excuse.
We paid for 4 nights in a 5-star hotel in Makkah, but they gave us only 2 nights for the same price — with no refund or adjustment.
During the whole Hajj journey, no one from Rehman Travels helped or followed up. We only got support from the affiliated group after they made a WhatsApp group.
We faced many problems and Rehman Travels didn’t support us even once. I also Contact them but not responded well. At that time, He was asking which package you have etc.
My advice: Never use their services. They just waste your money and time.
