From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping. Zainab, in particular, stood out for her patience, clarity, and proactive attitude. She didn’t just answer my questions—she anticipated my concerns and resolved everything efficiently while making me feel heard and valued.
Her dedication and communication skills turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. It’s rare to come across such outstanding support these days, and I’m grateful for the help I received.

Very pathetic customer service that clearly doesn’t care about righting any wrongs that they do. The client is already paying a premium for their products and yet they refuse to put the client first whenever something goes wrong. We had an order that was delayed MONTHS and upon speaking with Muhammad Talha Basar, we were told that we would be refunded the cost of shipping and 50% off on our next order. That was NOT honoured and we did not receive any such discount. As far as I’m concerned, a company that cheats its customers in this way does not deserve to stay operational for long.

This brand has been such a disappointment and ridicule this year. I placed an order on November 27 2024 and received it January 13, 2025. I had to follow up multiple times with their customer service representatives, and every person giving a different response. When I finally got in touch with the Head of Customer Service, MUHAMMAD TALHA BASAR, he told me he would give me a shipping refund and 50% off discount code.THIS WAS A LIE. He didn’t give me any shipping refund, and only 25% discount. He is continuously ignoring my messages and being sarcastic and rude to his customer. Pathetic service completely.
