I had 3 days swat trip with pak travel log but unfortunately had a Very bad and disappointing experience with pak travel log. No time management, no proper tour guider, food provided was very ordinary at hotel, no plan was implemented as they mentioned in the beginning of negotiaton. I booked and paid for separate room but they denied to provide that and had a lot of arguments for this. Very unprofessional people. Very Disgusting experience. Don't waste your money and time by trusting such fraudulent people. Be careful guys .

Travelled with Pak Travel Log on a Swat–Kalam tour, (3 day.december.) but many tourists from different planners were grouped together. The trip started 2–3 hours late from Islamabad, leading to a delayed and disappointing first breakfast, and the tour operator (not from Pak Travel Log) was rude and unhelpful. After reaching Malam Jabba, the experience improved. The River View Hotel in Kalam was good, with all basic facilities and warm water available. Overall, the tour was good, but Pak Travel Log should operate independently so that all appreciation or criticism goes directly to them. On the other hand, Tourists should also observe planned timings.
