Extremely Disappointing Experience.
I booked a honeymoon trip with Pacific Trips in January 2026, initially planned for Hunza and Skardu. At the time of booking, their team was very responsive and quick to send airline payment links, clearly stating that in case of cancellations, refunds would be returned to my account only.
Unfortunately, our departure flight got cancelled due to bad weather, and we had to cancel the return flight as well. We then switched to a road trip to Kalam, which went fine. However, the real issue started with the refund process.
Their team told me the refund would be processed within 50 days. I waited patiently, even beyond that timeframe, and then started following up. Since then, the experience has been terrible. Messages are ignored, responses are delayed or nonexistent, and no proper explanation has ever been provided.
I personally visited the airline offices, where I was given proof that the tickets were refunded on the same day of cancellation, and that the funds are already with the agent i.e. Pacific Trips.
Despite this, I am still chasing my own money. I paid everything upfront without hesitation, and they currently owe me around PKR 80,000.
While the trip itself turned out fine, this entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Pacific Trips with their travel plans.

Just got back from a 6-day Hunza-Skardu tour with Pacific Trips and I had to leave a review because they genuinely deserve it.
From day one, the team was incredibly accommodating . Whenever we had a request or something came up, it was handled with so much ease and warmth. You could tell they actually cared about making the trip great for us.
Hunza and Skardu are already jaw-dropping on their own but having a team this attentive made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Everything was well organised and we never once felt like we were figuring things out on our own.

My Skardu trip with Pacific Trip was an amazing experience. Mr. Ahsaan from their team was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the journey. My flight was delayed due to bad weather, and I had another flight from Skardu to Lahore the next day. Despite this, they arranged everything for me on time and made sure I reached safely without any stress. Their management, guidance, and overall service were excellent. I booked a 7 day private trip for my family in May 2025 and was very reluctant as I am not much of a travelling person. However after looking for some suitable agency I selected them after reading hundreds of positive reviews and if you're a person who doesn't travel much and would like to go for a relaxing trip without much of a hassle, these should be your go to guys. The way Ahmed and Abdullah manage your trip and are available 24/7 in case of any emergency is exceptional. We were at Hunza when the war started between Indo Pak and Abdullah bhai without any panic helped us reach home safely before the end of next day. Besides this all the arrangements were good including the iteniary, driver, car and travelling plan was well executed. If I would like to travel anytime in the future, I am surely going with these guys.
