I wrote this review because I considered the results of this Google review when choosing NRA.
Here are the pros and cons of using NRA based on my experience.
Pros:
1. NRA remains professional in sending its customers off even during the war in Iran. This is an important point considering the number of travel agencies that have failed to depart.
2. Luggage handling during the trip was very professional.
3. The price is worth it when we compare it to the facilities.
Cons:
1. NRA is not kid-friendly. The most significant issue was when we were left behind during the tawaf (circumambulation), the core of the Umrah ritual. We brought a 6-year-old child who is a slower walker. By the time we reached the mataf (circumambulation), we were already left behind, so this Umrah felt like we were performing Umrah independently without a travel agency. Fortunately, we have performed Umrah before.
2. The food at NRA is 90% spicy, so if you bring a child, you have to eat out again.
3. Mutowif is limited to one person per bus.
4. There is a difference in service between MKU and Aruna. Especially at the transmitter during tawaf. If only the customer service could provide more information about the differences in service between classes, not just the hotel. According to reports from pilgrims, the mutowif at Aruna is also more active and aware when people don't join the tour. Unlike our mutowif, Ustad Samsul Hadi, who didn't even realize we were behind. He didn't even apologize when we said we were behind.
Tips:
If you choose NRA, it's because the price is worth it and you're guaranteed to leave. You can pay for a private mutowif if you're bringing children to help them be more focused during their prayers.

Of all the Umrah travel agencies I've participated in, this was my best experience in February 2026. God willing, my next Umrah will be with NRA again, with the best facilities, handling, and hospitality. May NRA continue to provide the best for its pilgrims.

During the 10 days Umrah Tour Medina-Makkah, the tour guide and Ustaz has very little knowledge about story of the historic places. Only 3 nights in Medina and continue to Makkah for 6 days without information or suggestions about places that we can visit on our own time. On the days that they took us for a day tour, it was on a very short period only like 3-4 hours for 3 locations. Once we visit βDates Gardenβ, turns out it was only a place that people can shop and on the backyard more little stall to shop with few dry and old dates trees around. The food quality they provide at the hotel on both cities not tasty at all with limited options. They even break my passport cover with putting unnecessary βcompany labeled-stickerβ covering Garuda logo, sticker hard to come off and to clean it. Will not use NRA again for tour in the future. Not recommended. Need to be better in so many ways.

It's good travel if you want to do Umroh, the price is cheap and it offers you to stay in a 5* hotel in Medina and Mecca which was very comfortable. The agents are very detail and answers all your questions, though it took some time for them to answer it due to work and they have their own family to take care of, but its alright because they are still very responsive.

highly recommended, hotel, airlines and bus are as per mention in brochure. some improvement that i would suggest, team lead from nra should ensure that all customers are depart and arrived safely, gather all in one place share information first prior entering immigration, we experienced that everyone were scattered in immigration and some are not knowing that we should bring our own luggage which resulted in long hours of waiting at arrival airport which is not efficient.

The place is too small and too crowded. Limited parking area. Company with a large scale of public service like NRA is suppose to have a bigger office space with sufficient parking lot.
