We booked a 3-day tour package for 7 guys from Lahore to Arangkel and back, expecting a smooth and professionally managed trip. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite—poor planning, lack of commitment, and highly unprofessional behavior.

The first major issue occurred when we reached Islamabad. At that point, the tour organizers suddenly informed us that they would not be taking us to Kashmir due to so-called “route issues.” However, it became clear that the real reason was their preference to send their coaster to Swat instead, since we were the only group heading toward Kashmir. This last-minute change showed a complete disregard for our booking and prior commitment.

We were left stranded at 26 No. Stop in Islamabad for nearly three hours without any proper solution. When we requested a refund so we could arrange an alternative tour ourselves, they instead convinced us to wait, promising they would arrange separate conveyance from Islamabad. Given that all seven of us had carefully coordinated our schedules for this trip, we had limited options and reluctantly agreed.

Another assurance they gave was that after completing the tour, they would arrange our return to Lahore. However, this promise was also broken. After the ordeal, we were left to arrange and pay for our return journey to Lahore out of our own pocket. At the time of writing, we are on our way back, frustrated and disappointed.

Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional and stressful. The organizers failed to honor their commitments, misled us multiple times, and showed no regard for customer convenience or satisfaction. We would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with them.

We had an amazing experience on our Turkey tour with Trail Hikers. Everything was perfectly managed from start to finish. The hotels, transfers, and guided tours were very comfortable and well organised.

Our family especially enjoyed Istanbul’s historical places and the beautiful Cappadocia experience. The team stayed supportive throughout the trip and made sure everything went smoothly.

I had a good trip with Trail Hikers

We chose Trail Hikers for our 3-day trip to Kashmir and it was our second time traveling with them. Honestly, it was one of the best decisions we’ve made—especially for a girls group Everything was top-class….They arranged a separate hotel for us away from other members exactly as we requested for a family-friendly environment. The hotel was a solid 10/10 with excellent food comfortable transport, and well-organized management…Our tour guide was extremely humble and attentive, patiently listening to all our requests. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely choose Trail Hikers again for our next destination InshAllah……Highly recommended :)
