I had a wonderful experience traveling with Nomads. I joined their 7-day tour from Islamabad to Swat, and everything was very well organized and smooth throughout the trip. The staff was highly professional and supportive.
I would especially like to appreciate our tour agent, Areeb, and our driver, Shehryar, for their professionalism, respectful attitude, and excellent service. They ensured that the entire journey was comfortable and enjoyable for us.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Nomads to anyone planning a tour.

I recently visited Malaysia on a trip that was fully arranged and booked by NomadAdventures, and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I
made the inquiry until the final day of my tour, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went smoothly.

A special mention goes to Ms. Laiba, who guided me throughout the entire process. She was incredibly supportive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Her guidance made the planning effortless, and she ensured that every detail of the trip was perfectly tailored to my preferences. Her professionalism and friendly attitude added a lot of comfort and confidence to my travel experience.

One of the highlights of the arrangements was the Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, which NomadAdventures booked for me. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—modern rooms, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and an ideal location that made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. It was truly a comfortable and relaxing stay after full days of sightseeing.

Another memorable part of the trip was the visit to Genting Highlands. NomadAdventures arranged the entire excursion, including the iconic Genting Skyway cable car (chairlift) experience, which was absolutely breathtaking. Floating above the lush greenery and mist-covered mountains was both thrilling and calming. All activities at Genting Highlands were perfectly organized, and I didn’t have to worry about tickets, queues, or transportation—everything was handled seamlessly.

Overall, NomadAdventures delivered an exceptional travel experience. Their attention to detail, smooth coordination, and outstanding customer support—especially from Ms. Laiba—made my Malaysia trip truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a visit to Malaysia.

We had a wonderful and memorable trip to Swat Kalam and Malam Jabba with them. Since it was our first time traveling with nomads we were initially a bit hesitant however they exceeded our expectations by planning everything with great attention to detail. From comfortable accommodations to smooth transportation and well organized tours, everything was perfectly arranged.

This is the list of things that went bad with the trip management:
1) the spots that were skipped by your driver are chillas, piyala lake and national ground stadium. When i discussed this with this trip organiser, they replied that the itinerary provided to me was outdated. We have updated it and removed the spots. I mean this is very unprofessional behaviour, I decided to go with them based on the itinerary they provided to me but i guess they are clueless how to run a service industry.
2) the hotels that were provided were below the standard for the price i paid you guys. Had problems with the hotel that were unresolved even though i complained alot. They literally booked the cheapest hotels available in hunza.
3) your itinerary mentions AC transport. Driver only turned on the AC while starting for 30 mins in islamabad and in karakoram highways for 15 mins (when asked). On the way back we asked the driver multiple times to turn on the AC which he denied and the temperature in karakoram highways on the way back was very unbearable and hot.
4) the trip management is very uncooperative and unresponsive, and even after I complained about these issues with them, they in turn blamed me for not contacting them when there was no signals in northern areas. I did call the trip coordinator and he didn’t help either.
5) i demanded refund of 13k per person that i paid them extra for separate room. Turns out there was only 1 other family besides us anyways, so we were going to get separate rooms eventually. I was under the impression that it would be 20-30 persons trip but they didn’t communicate this to us and this is kind of bery misleading for a business. Nevertheless, we ignored this initially but when the trip went on and we noticed that they didn’t even provide the things they promised in their itinerary, it was only fair of me to ask them refund cuz it was not value for money trip in any way. But the trip organiser team straightforwardly refused us and couldn’t even answer for their lackings besides “ab to trip hogaye ab kuch ni kr skty” or “aapko humien batana chaiye tha”.

To conclude, even the things mentioned in the itinerary were not provided to me.

Ghaznavi at Nomads excelled in crafting a fantastic Northern Pakistan tour for us. I've already utilized their services twice within a year, first for Shogran and more recently for Skardu. Both trips were outstanding, and my family thoroughly enjoyed everything, from transportation to hotel accommodations. They deserve a perfect 10/10 for their pricing and planning.
