I recently went on a trip to Kashmir with Neelum Trekkers Club, and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was their service unprofessional, but it seemed as if these people were running the tour just to make money. They lacked any sense of organization or professionalism.

Staying in the hotel we were given (KC Hotel) was nothing short of a disaster. There was no water, the washrooms were dirty, and the staff was unresponsive. Forcing anyone to stay in such a place is completely unacceptable.

The most insulting experience was with the driver (Afzal). His behavior was so rude and vulgar that at one point, when we asked him to turn on the AC, he stopped us in the car market and said, "Get out, take another car." What could be more humiliating than that?

The tour was a complete failure. No information about the timing of anything, no guide, no plan. Customer service was nonexistent. If you raised any issues, the answer was: "This is how tours work."

Neelum Trekkers Club is fooling people just to make money. Going with them is a waste of your money, time, and dignity.

I strongly recommend that if you are planning a trip to Kashmir, you always stay away from these people. There are other operators who rarely interact with humanity and take care of basic needs.

I recently traveled with Neelum Trekkers Club and had a very disappointing experience. The services were extremely unprofessional from start to finish.

The driver (Afzal) was extremely rude and uncooperative. At one point, when we requested him to turn on the AC, he stopped the Hiace in the market and told us to take another vehicle instead of accommodating such a basic request.

Customer service was nonexistent. The tour felt mismanaged, and the company showed no concern for the comfort of travelers.

If you are planning a trip to Kashmir, I strongly advise avoiding Neelum Trekkers Club. There are far better and more professional operators who actually care about their clients.
