This was honestly one of the worst travel experiences of my life. I booked this trip thinking your company would manage everything professionally, but instead, you outsourced us to another company without even informing us properly.
I traveled with my wife, and the seating arrangement was a complete disaster. We were constantly shifted from one seat to another without any prior notice. At one point, we were even made to sit on the last row and folding seats, which is absolutely unacceptable—especially for couples.
The food situation was even worse. At dinner, if someone took a few extra pieces of chicken, others were left with nothing. When we reached Skardu from Chillas, dinner was served at 11 PM, and the biryani was completely undercooked. I even have pictures showing raw rice.
There was no bonfire as promised. On the last day in Chillas, BBQ was served with just two pieces of chicken per person, and even that was raw and bloody. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
The guide was extremely unprofessional. He stayed seated most of the time, behaved rudely with travelers, and never made proper announcements about the next day’s plans.
The meal plan was pathetic—2 days channay, 1 day daal, and 1 day haleem for dinner. This is not what anyone expects after paying for a tour.
This was my first experience with a tours and travel company, and it will definitely be my last. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointing and poorly managed trip.

We travelled with MSA travel and tour the tour was swat ,kalam,Malam jabba for 3 days All arrangements are excellent Usama Bhai 😍made our trip memorable every member of our group needs he is taken care of Alhumdulillah and the hotel rooms were very comfortable,very well arranged,the restaurant food delicious 😋 He took us every where as per the package, Usama Bhai is very kind,gentle,loving person he's very cooperated with us my family enjoy very much lots of fun 😊 MSA travel made our trip very memorable we would like to travel MSA travel and tours with Usama Bhai again in sha Allah 😍 because he is the best......
