Mountain Marvels

I traveled Last Weekend to Islamabad with Mountain Travels, and it was a great experience. This is a very good company—their vehicles are brand new and of the latest models.

Their drivers are very professional and courteous. From my side, they are 100% recommended.

Vehicles are old and NOT well-maintained. Unsafe for travel. Owner is not professional and does not know how to speak with customers.

1. They didn't send the car we selected
2. The car they sent had suspension issues, even though we told the driver multiple times that it's making a strange sound, he ignored it by saying that it's just because of rain.
3. As expected, the car broke down on the motorway at night, and all thanks to Allah Almighty that He saved us from a serious accident because the car lost control when the suspension belt broke (we were 14 family members and one driver).
4. The company owner when informed of this talked to us very rudely along with some inappropriate comments and didn't provide any solution and left us stranded there.
5. We ourselves had to arrange a separate conveyance to pick us up from there, took the car to mechanic (which by the way was closed and nearby police officers, because of a personal connection, arranged for it to open at night and fix the car). We were delayed by several hours while waiting for the car to get fixed.
6. In all of that, we didn't even receive a single sincere apology from the company.

Vehicles are not maintained, putting passenger's safety on risk.
No customer supprort, and Unprofessional behaviour of the manager and owner.

I have also traveled with this tour company they provides best services best deals & their behaviour is very good to customers !
