The best and most professional tour company. They are my go to option for all my national and international travel with my family . The team is very approachable and are just like your own family. They make your requirements and concerns their own and customize your trips according to your needs. From travel to hoteling to overall tour plan and site seeing everything is thoroughly planned and executed. I have done Turkey and Bali tours with them as well as naran and hunza. And will keep on choosing mangoman tours ❤️

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I joined their Turkey trip after hearing some good things — what a joke that turned out to be. The trip was shockingly mismanaged from start to finish. They booked hotels miles away from anything worth seeing, making it impossible to explore without forking over thousands in taxi fares. Worse still, they tried scamming us by slapping huge markups on activities — a $50 ATV ride was suddenly $150 through them. And when we had the audacity to book things ourselves at normal prices, they became outright rude and aggressive. Completely unprofessional and greedy. Save yourself the headache — 0/10, avoid at all costs.

Went on 3rd July turkiye trip and here's what happened:
Booking procedure was smooth. They helped with visa process alot. As soon as we reached Istanbul from pakistan, they took as straight to taksim Square and galata Tower because some fellows had a problem with immigration so we had to stay extra at the airport. But we were damn tired and we saw those 2 sites in rush. Then we went to hotel and next day was Friday. We had to go to hagia Sofia,their van broke and they made us walk for 3 to 4 hours till hagia Sofia and back to van in scorching heat. They couldn't book 2 taxis. I felt so drained and sick after that.
In cappadocia, we went to book hot air balloon with a private company for about 160dollars per person and mangoman were saying to book it through them for 250 dollars! Like seriously? And when we didn't, the guide behaved rudely for 3 4 days straight! My mother called the company and Mr. Umer misbehaved with her saying " ye log wapas atay hain to mai insay pochta hu " like wth??? My mother said you should have booked taxis for people as we were only 8 people and 1 cab was enough but they didn't listen. My mother also said why are you charging 100 dollars extra per person for hot air balloon and there's no commitment that we have to book through you and you only. Guess what he hung the call! He was rude with my mother that's disgusting! They offer activities with triple price (in dollars!!) And when u don't book with them they tease u. Trip was tiring as it was aloottttt of travelling. We had to sit for half day in van. By road intercity travel was very exhausting! We were in rush each and everyday. They literally stressed us mentally alot! Their hotels (though 5 start hotels) were booked so far away from city centre that you cannot visit any destination by your own without a one hour drive. We went to pamukalle and then again we waited for 20 to 30 mins in extreme heat only because "company nay abhi tickets kay paisay ni bhejay". Like what were u doing in van when we traveled for 6 hours to pamukalle???? Couldn't company give money at that time for tickets?? The hotels they booked were clean and food was good everytime. We didn't want to stay in Bursa so we shifted our day to Istanbul for whichwe paid 16500per person extra. Last 2 days the guide was kind. Van broke along the way 2 3 times.
The extremely hot weather added to the tiredness of trip. I DONOT RECOMMEND MANGO MAN AT ALL.

I've been to alot of tour companies but I have to say Mango Man was the best out of all. I love the fact that it was specially designed for females. And even the guide is FEMALE, which gave us more safety as this is the first time I took my mom alone with me. We had a skardu trip on 20th june, me and my mom had a great fun, met an amazingggg crew and came back home with unforgettable memories.
This is how I would rate my experience:
Transportation: 10/10
Accommodation: 9/10 (I loved the jaglot and skardu hotels)
Food: 10/10 (even you can take twice xD)
Sight seeing: 9/10
Our tour guides were Hira and Junaid, I could never imagine a girl guide with such a knowledge bhaiiii, amazing.
