I experience that although the principal of Karwan e Islami is very hard worker who arrange groups with courage interest and thought of relegious manner but his team espacially team in Saudia is very poor un interested not cooperative and look only business and business and I note that they could not deliver the theme of his principal and not pay any attention as in my Umrah group left Karachi in Feburary 16 number of commitments were not honoured such no proper food were supplied the way of surving food was so shameful and like baggers no group leader available anywhere and pilgrims were left without any guidance and or assistance and were at their own all perform themselve no information was given as group leader himselve absent from scene at various occassions no one come to ask whereabouts of pilgrims in the group services provided them were very poor no proper arrangements in hotels in Mecca and Madina were ensured and provided . In the large interest and business of Karwan e Islami it is suggested that proper and prompt attention must be given to save your good name prevail in the market and to save the bade effects which is seems to came in the near future .
