I don’t usually write reviews, but IBEX GLOBAL TOURS truly impressed me. From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and made everything feel effortless.
What I appreciated most was how smooth and well-organized the entire experience was. Every detail was handled perfectly, so I could just relax and enjoy the journey without any stress.
Their staff is respectful and genuinely cares about making your trip memorable. On top of that, the value for money is excellent compared to the quality they provide.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be planning my next trip with them again!

Wonderful and Respectful Staff
I mistakenly visited Ibex Tour Global, thinking it was another IBEX office. Despite my mistake, the staff. especially the HR team.were incredibly polite and welcoming. They kindly informed me that I was at the wrong location, but still offered me a seat, brought me water, and even asked if I wanted tea or coffee. I declined, thanked them, and they still asked me to rest for a bit before continuing. After a short wait, they gave me the correct address and guided me on where to go.
Even though I wasn’t there for them, they treated me with respect and care. It was a great experience, and I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended

I visited Turkey with Ibex on 14th October 2020. Staff is very professional, and takes care of everything. Hassle free visa service. Pricing is very affordable. Hotels, transport and guides are of great selection. I recommend everybody to have at least one tour with Ibex.
