Booked 2 seats for neelum valley. They confirmed the seats 1 week before departure date and received 50% advance but on departure date at 10 pm they ask 5000 extra than the agreed amount otherwise they will cancel our seats. I refused to pay extra and they cancelled our seats. Ruined our trip and not refund any amount. Contact them several times for refund but lame excuses were given. Stay away from these fraud services.

We had a wonderful experience with the GB tour planner. GB tour planners guides are professional; especially Zunair is very good. He manages time to explore points very well and behaves professionally. Hotel accommodation, exploration points, and coaster seats were very comfortable. Overall experience with GB Tour planners is wonderful. 100 percent recommended.

The tour was really good, the guide was super cooperative, and the experience was great! But it was way too cold โ if you're into snowfall, go for it, otherwise summer would be better ๐
. And yeah, Zunair, the guide, was awesome โ his management was top-notch, he kept everything on time... overall, a solid experience! ๐

It was a beautiful experience and weโre so glad we chose this company. The hotels were nice, the transport was comfortable, and the food was laajawab! Everything was arranged so well. Our guide Zunair bhai was the star of the show. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Skardu or anywhere in the north. 100% satisfied!
