In Makkah, Pullman Zamzam Hotel was very close to Haram with excellent service. In Madinah, Elaf Taiba Hotel was also very comfortable and near Masjid-e-Nabvi.
The team provided 24/7 assistance, proper Ziyarat guidance, and smooth transportation. The driver was very cooperative and professional.
Overall, a very satisfied and peaceful Umrah experience. Highly recommended.
if you are a first time traveller I don't recommend them.
