We had a recent Shimla-Manali tour with Amble Earth. It was 2/5 experience with them.
Negatives:
1. Their choice of hotels are not so good in Manali and Shimla but very good in Kasol.
The hotel management of Manali hotel is complete treacherous. Out of two days stay in Manali we had to check in into a different hotel on 1st day and was forcefully moved to a new inhabitable hotel on the second day evening . With family and kids and raining outside in cold weather no one will expect this harassment on a prebooked tour
2. The shimla hotel was 9 km away from mall and the food was not good at all
Positives:
1. They are always reachable over phone
2. They can customise your plan upon asking even at last day
3. Driver they provided was exceptionally polite and efficient
4. Kasol hotel and food were very good
Scope of improvement:
1. Definitely need to change hotel chain in Manali
2. Ability to arrange for different hotels in case of such case like us
3. Offer near mall hotels in Shimla
4. Specify food details in quote (veg/non-veg) and control quality of food in hotels

We recently complete our Spiti trip with Emble Earth, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from Day 1 to Day 10.
Right from pick-up to drop, everything was perfectly arranged. Our driver was extremely helpful, polite, and very informative at every sightseeing spot, which made the entire journey comfortable and enjoyable.
Our trip planner coordinated everything smoothly and ensured we had a hassle-free experience throughout.
The hotels provided were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and great service. The food throughout the trip was consistently delicious as well.
Overall, Emble earth is trustworthy and highly reliable. If you're planning a trip, I would definitely recommend going with them for a smooth and memorable experience!
