Not recommended, especially if someone is traveling with family. I will write about some issues you may face if you travel with them:
Mismanagement: There is no proper management, whether you are traveling alone or with family. You will feel like you are traveling on a lower-class public transport, and there is no time management as well.
Hotel: They provided me accommodation in a third-class hotel where there was no light, and the rooms were not clean. Everyone was complaining about this.
Food: The food was okay but not too good.
Transportation: The size of the bus depends on the number of people, and they only care about the money, not the facilities. So, be careful.
Most travel and tours follow the motorway, but this one uses the GT road. Try not to travel if they say they will go via the GT road.
Note: I experienced a lot of bad things during the trip with them. This was my first and last trip. If you are traveling with family, travel at your own risk because they don't care whether you are with family or solo.
